Here's the deal...

Every new beginning starts with a leap of faith. Whether it's a new relationship, a new job, a whole new career path, buying a house, buying a pet...whatever. You have to trust yourself. You can second guess yourself til the cows come home, but that will only leave you spinning around in place. In order to move forward in life, you have to trust and leap.

Love Letter

Here's the deal...

Just for the fun of it, write yourself a little love letter. Take a second, while the kids are playing, or watching TV, or before you go to bed, or when you're in the john....
just take a few minutes to tell yourself what a wonderful person you are. Let the true you know what a generous and wonderful spirit you are. Let your body know how much you appreciate all that it has done for you. Don't let anything negative creep into your letter. There's so many great things about all of us, and yet, we often only focus on the negative.
So grab a pen and a piece of paper, and take a few minutes to write down all the magnificent things about yourself.
